ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Contact Centre Agent, you will serve as the frontline voice of the brand. Your main responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service, handle queries efficiently, and help customers find the best solutions to their needs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
✔ Aged between 18 and 29 years
✔ Matric (Grade 12) preferred
✔ Available to work a 12-month fixed contract
✔ Must not have permanent employment exceeding 12 continuous months
✔ Must not be studying full-time during the employment period
✔ Must not have previously participated in the YES programme
✔ Reliable transport (where applicable)
