Key Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing

This Office Administrator Job in Johannesburg requires you to be a master organizer, detail-oriented thinker, and reliable anchor for executive leadership. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, your role includes:

Daily Administrative Coordination

  • Manage and maintain the Operations Director’s daily diary and scheduling.
  • Coordinate and plan site visits, team events, and executive meetings.
  • Arrange domestic travel, accommodations, and logistics where necessary.

Executive Support and Reporting

  • Compile and consolidate monthly operational reports for EXCO preparation.
  • Facilitate monthly operations meetings by scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Gather and collate documents for executive sign-off, and liaise with department managers for timely feedback.

Contract, Legal & Team Logistics

  • Maintain and update contract information, working closely with the Legal team.
  • Ensure client details are current and accessible.
  • Coordinate onboarding of new site leads and facilities managers — arranging for laptops, email accounts, and access to key platforms.

  • A Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration or Secretarial Studies – advantageous.
  • Strong customer relations and communication skills.
  • Ability to organize, plan, and control one’s own work efficiently.
