Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Educational Requirement: Matric or equivalent
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of retail experience, preferably as a Shop Assistant
  • Computer Literacy: Essential
  • Communication: Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Advantageous: Further qualifications in retail or business management

Knowledge, Skills & Core Competencies

  • Exceptional customer care with a flair for front-line service
  • Proficiency in operating tills with accuracy and efficiency
  • Strong attention to visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Proven record of punctuality and reliability

  • Assist the Store Manager in driving sales budgets and profitability

  • Provide human resource assistance, including team development
