Requirements
- Registered PSIRA Grade B certification
- Clear criminal record
- Willing to work 12-hour shifts (2x day, 2x night) and perform under pressure
- Experience with access control systems
- Presentable appearance and professional demeanor
- Team player with demonstrated leadership abilities
- Exceptional and effective communication skills
- Ability to resolve conflict efficiently
- Cultural intelligence
- Must reside within the Pretoria area
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate security personnel at assigned gates
- Maintain accurate access control records and monitor entry/exit points
- Conduct regular security checks and enforce safety protocols
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Prepare comprehensive security reports
- Train and mentor junior security personnel
