Key Responsibilities

Client Service & Support

  • Respond promptly and professionally to telephonic and electronic queries from members and service providers.
  • Confirm benefits and assist with service-related inquiries while ensuring first-call resolution.
  • Provide accurate information regarding MMH products and services, ensuring compliance with current policies and service standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve escalated or complex queries efficiently.
  • Monitor and respond to client feedback to improve satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.

 Administrative Processing

  • Accurately capture client data into internal systems in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain digital and physical documentation to ensure ease of reference for team members.
  • Complete all administrative, compliance, and reporting requirements within agreed timelines.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in every client interaction and back-office process.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain constructive and cooperative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver on client service expectations and contractual service level commitments.
  • Contribute to a client-focused culture through consistent professionalism and client empathy.
  • Make proactive recommendations to enhance service delivery and fair client treatment.

Team Collaboration & Development

  • Engage in ongoing knowledge-sharing and skill development with peers and leadership.
  • Embrace change initiatives positively and adapt to evolving business processes.
  • Take ownership of personal career growth by participating in learning, training, and coaching initiatives.

Operational and Financial Efficiency

  • Assist with identifying cost-saving opportunities and promoting operational efficiency.
  • Ensure responsible use of company resources.
  • Provide risk mitigation support by identifying and escalating potential issues in workflows and client servicing.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification (Essential).
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a client servicing or administrative role in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Employee Benefits experience is highly advantageous.
  • Strong typing, data capturing, and administrative accuracy.
