The Kitchen Studio is seeking an experienced Installations Manager to oversee our kitchen and cabinetry installation projects. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating installation teams, ensuring quality control, and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and our factory partners.
What You’ll Do
Lead the Installation Process
- Manage the complete installation journey from scheduling to final client handover
- Conduct critical site visits before, during, and after installations
- Allocate and supervise installation teams to ensure efficient project execution
- Monitor projects to maintain timelines and fitting budgets
Factory Coordination
- Serve as the primary liaison with manufacturing partners to track deliveries
- Report and resolve issues with incorrectly manufactured parts or missing components
- Communicate necessary adjustments to ensure quick resolution of supply challenges
Team Leadership
- Assign, train and supervise installation teams
- Provide hands-on guidance for technical challenges
- Maintain quality standards across all installation projects
Quality Assurance
- Perform thorough on-site inspections throughout the installation process
- Identify and address installation defects or misalignments before client handover
- Conduct final quality checks and project sign-offs
Client Relations
- Act as the main point of contact for clients during installation
- Handle on-site challenges and customer concerns professionally
- Ensure smooth and positive project handovers
Reporting & Improvement
- Document installation progress, challenges and resolutions
- Track installation timelines, costs and efficiency metrics
- Provide valuable feedback to design and manufacturing teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in kitchen, cabinetry or interior installations
- Strong project management and coordination capabilities
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with factory teams
- Skilled at interpreting kitchen plans and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license required
