The Department of Home Affairs is seeking a highly organized and skilled Office Manager to join our team at the Office of the Chief Financial Officer in Tshwane.

Location: Head Office, Tshwane
Salary: R849,702 to R1,000,908 per annum (Level 11)

Requirements:

An undergraduate qualification in one of the following fields at NQF level 6 as recognized by SAQA:

  • Administration
  • Business Management
  • Office Management and Technology
  • Financial Accounting

Key Responsibilities:

As Office Manager, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer while overseeing the efficient functioning of the office. Your duties will include managing office operations and procedures, coordinating departmental budget administration, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and supervising administrative staff. You will be responsible for preparing official correspondence and reports, managing document flow and filing systems in compliance with governmental regulations, and ensuring procurement processes run smoothly. Additionally, you will monitor compliance with departmental policies, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, and serve as a key point of contact for the CFO’s office.
