About This Customer Service Advisor Role at Nutun
The Customer Service Advisor position at Nutun involves managing international customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and maintaining high service quality standards. Primary Responsibilities
- Strive to achieve first call resolution on every customer interaction
- Maintain consistently high quality of service across all customer touchpoints
- Use active listening skills to fully understand customer needs and complaints before proposing solutions
- Remain calm and professional when handling challenging or upset customers
- Provide effective solutions that resolve customer issues satisfactorily
- Follow all Nutun company policies and procedures consistently
- Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set for the campaign
- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered on every call

- Transfer or escalate calls to appropriate departments when necessary

Required Qualifications and Experience
Essential Requirements
- Matric certificate (Grade 12)
- Clear criminal record
- Clear credit record
- Must reside in Durban
- Available to work day shifts in Umhlanga
- Minimum 1 year of international call centre customer service experience
- Updated CV must be uploaded with application
Technical Requirements
- Proficiency with computers and basic computer skills
- Ability to learn and use contact centre software and systems
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
