The City of Johannesburg (CoJ) is currently accepting applications for an exciting internship opportunity within their Group Corporate & Shared Services department, specifically in the Group Human Capital Management branch.

Remuneration

  • Candidates with completed qualifications (min 360 credits): R9,960.45 per month (Basic Salary, no benefits)
  • Currently enrolled students: R3,500.00 per month (Basic salary, no benefits)

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have Grade 12/Matric plus one of the following:

  • A Degree/Higher National Diploma or studying towards its completion in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Public Administration, Management, Human Resources Development, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development, Labour Relation, or Labour Law (NQF level 7)
  • A Diploma/N6 Certificate at NQF level 5 or 6 in Human Resource Management (HR) field
  • Any other related qualification majoring in Human Resources
