Role Overview
As Branch Security Officer, you will work directly with the Branch Manager to implement and maintain robust security protocols that protect our assets, staff, and customers.
This position requires a self-starter who has demonstrated excellence in upholding company policies and adopting security best practices.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring effective branch security through rigorous implementation of protocols
- Managing security reports and registers with accuracy and timeliness
- Implementing and evaluating security operating procedures
- Overseeing the control and maintenance of security equipment
- Supervising security staff effectively
- Maintaining health and safety standards throughout the branch
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
- Grade 12 qualification
- Valid driver’s license and PDP license
- PSIRA Grade B certification and Cash-in-Transit (CIT) qualification
- Strong understanding of South African security legislation
