Core Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing
This position is focused on operational accuracy, cross-functional coordination, and proactive warehouse support. Your duties include:
- Reviewing GR (Goods Receipt) requests submitted to the central mailbox and ensuring accurate processing.
- Working with procurement teams to track and validate expected deliveries.
- Receiving shipments, verifying documentation, and escalating discrepancies to buyers.
- Ensuring compliance of delivery notes and invoices prior to initiating GR transactions.
- Capturing accurate stocktake count sheets in the ERP system.
- Supporting day-to-day warehouse functions, including stocktakes, general housekeeping, and system updates.

Minimum Requirements
- Education: NQF 4 / Grade 12; National Diploma required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an administrative capacity within a logistics environment.
- Technology Proficiency: Comfortable working with ERP systems, preferably in warehousing or supply chain modules.
