About the Role
The Guarding Area Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all contractual security agreements are fulfilled to the highest standards. This role demands a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage security personnel while maintaining exceptional client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will take ownership of several critical areas including:
- Daily management of security shift coverage across all sites
- Maintaining strict discipline standards among security personnel
- Ensuring all contractual security requirements are met according to client specifications
- Building and maintaining positive client relationships regarding security services
- Managing response protocols and investigations for serious security incidents
- Regular communication with the Area Manager on operational matters
- Compiling and submitting comprehensive weekly and monthly reports
Qualifications & Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
- Minimum Grade 12 / Standard 10 education
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience
- PSIRA registration (Grade B)
- Valid driver’s license with PRDP
- Clean criminal record
